Frequently asked questions

Recruvo is the platform for people working the season in Greece: seasonal jobs with a video CV, member deals and perks at partner venues, events and giveaways. The SezonPass is your digital membership card — a QR you show at venues for coins, stamps and member offers.

Signing up is free at recruvo.gr: with email and password, with Google or Apple, and you can then add a Passkey (Face ID / fingerprint) for passwordless sign-in. Businesses create a business account that is approved by the Recruvo team.

Open your pass from your profile and show the QR at the counter. One scan gets you the daily check-in (coins + a free giveaway entry), a loyalty stamp, or the member deal. You can also add the pass to Apple Wallet.

Check in at a partner venue: +40 Coins (once per day per venue). When one of your posts reaches 10 likes: +20 Coins. When a coworker joins through your invite link: +250 Coins.

Giveaway entries (each entry costs coins) and the Store, where you redeem perks and receive a redemption code.

The Offers section lists active deals from partner venues by category. Redemption happens in person: show your SezonPass QR at the venue. Offers don't cost coins.

A combo is a bundled deal with an item list (e.g. breakfast + coffee + juice) and an optional member price in euro. Everything a combo includes is listed on the offer page.

Some venues run punch cards: each visit they scan your pass, and when you complete the required stamps you earn the card's reward. Your cards live on the pass page.

Once per day per venue, the business scans your QR and you get coins plus one free entry to that venue's giveaway (when one is running).

The Jobs section is a video-style feed of seasonal listings, with filters for role, employment type, pay and staff accommodation. The employer stays anonymous until you apply — once you do, the business name and profile are revealed.

A short video resume built around 4 questions tailored to your role — you record one short clip per question, as many as you like, and you can re-record or delete each answer individually. Recruiters watch it question by question. You can also upload a PDF CV.

Listings that offer accommodation include a photo gallery of the staff house. It unlocks once you have a Video CV — so you can see where you'd live before you decide.

One tap from the listing. The business is notified and sees your profile and Video CV. You can withdraw your application at any time from the same listing.

Events are created by partner venues or by Recruvo. Each event page shows the location on a map, directions and a join button — some organizers approve join requests.

Each giveaway has an entry cost in coins — the more entries you hold, the better your odds. Venue giveaways also grant a free daily entry when you check in at the venue. The draw date is always shown, and the winner is revealed after the draw.

Create a business account with your company details (name, tax number, location) and the Recruvo team approves it. Alternatively, the team can set up your profile end-to-end and hand over the credentials.

From the panel: offers and combos with photos, giveaways, events, job listings with video, loyalty stamp cards, a gallery and profile details, plus Insights analytics. The SCAN tab scans member passes for check-ins and stamps.

Go to Profile → Security and add a Passkey on your device. Next time, tap "Sign in with a Passkey" — no password needed.

Profile → Privacy controls what's visible on your profile and your consent for anonymous usage analytics. Forgot your password? The sign-in page has a "Forgot password?" link that emails you a reset.
