Business manual
The Recruvo partner manual — how to set up your profile, scan passes, publish offers, giveaways, events and job listings, step by step.
Getting started
How do I create a business account?
Sign up at recruvo.gr and choose a business account, filling in your company details (name, tax number, location). The Recruvo team approves the account. Alternatively, the team can set up your profile end-to-end and hand over the credentials.
What does “pending approval” mean?
Until your business is approved you'll see a pending banner in the panel and your profile isn't visible to members yet. Once approved, your offers and profile appear across the app.
Where is the management panel?
After signing in, the BUSINESS tab in the bottom menu opens the “My Business” panel with every section: promote (offers, giveaways), loyalty (stamp cards, scanning), hiring (job listings) and presence (events, gallery, details). There are also dedicated SCAN and INSIGHTS tabs.
Scanning — check-ins & stamps
How do I scan a member's SezonPass?
Open the SCAN tab and scan the QR on the pass the member shows you. From there you grant the daily check-in or a stamp on your venue's loyalty card.
What is the daily check-in?
Once per day per member: the scan grants the member +25 Coins and one free entry to your giveaway (when one is running). It gives members a reason to stop by your venue every day.
How does a member redeem an offer?
In person: the member shows their SezonPass QR at the counter and you honor the deal or member price. Offers don't cost members any Coins.
Offers & combos
How do I create an offer?
Panel → Offers. Set a title, description, category and cover photo — if you don't upload one, the offer gets branded artwork. Active offers appear in the app's Offers section and on your profile.
What are combos and the member price?
A combo is a bundled deal with an item list (e.g. breakfast + coffee + juice) and an optional member price in euro. Members see exactly what's included on the offer page.
Loyalty stamp cards
How do I set up a stamp card?
Panel → Stamp cards. Choose how many stamps are required and what the reward is. On each visit you scan the member's pass to grant a stamp — when the card completes, they earn the reward.
Ideas & best practices: offers & loyalty
Which offers work best?
Simple ones: a combo built around your strongest items (e.g. breakfast + coffee + juice) with a clear member price. If it takes more than one sentence to explain at the counter, simplify it. Build around good-margin items — the offer brings the visit, the rest of the table brings the profit.
How strong should the offer be?
Strong enough that the member price clearly beats the menu — otherwise there's no reason to show the pass. A benefit around 10–15% of the total spend is the usual rule of thumb: noticeable for the member, sustainable for you.
How do I make my offer stand out in the feed?
A real photo of the product — it always beats generic artwork. A title that says what you get and for how much (e.g. “Brunch for 2 — €14 for members”). And rotate offers periodically: when regulars know something changes, they keep checking your profile.
How many stamps should my card require?
6–10 is the sweet spot — enough to build a habit, not so many it feels out of reach. For daily-habit items (coffee) the classic “8 stamps → 9th free” works everywhere. Make the reward something they already buy, or an upgrade — high perceived value for the member, low cost for you.
Giveaways
How do I create a giveaway?
Panel → Giveaways. Set a title, description, draw date and time, and an optional cover. Entries cost a fixed 250 Coins on every giveaway — nothing for you to configure. The giveaway starts as pending and goes live once the Recruvo team approves it.
How does a giveaway collect entries?
Members spend Coins on entries — the more entries they hold, the better their odds. On top of that, every daily check-in at your venue grants one free entry, driving foot traffic through your door.
How is the winner drawn?
The draw happens on the date you set, and the winner is shown on the giveaway page and in your panel.
Ideas & best practices: giveaways
What prize attracts the right crowd?
Something of yours: dinner for two, brunch for the crew, a bottle at the bar. A generic prize (cash, gadgets) attracts giveaway-hunters who'll never come back; your own experience attracts future customers — and everyone who doesn't win already has a reason to come try it.
How do I get the most out of the free check-in?
Your giveaway grants one free entry with every daily check-in — that's its strongest lever. Have staff mention it at the counter (“scan your pass, you also get a giveaway entry”) and the giveaway becomes a daily-foot-traffic machine.
How long should it run, and when should I draw?
1–3 weeks is usually right — enough time to gather entries, not so long it's forgotten. Draw on a day and hour when the venue is busy: the winner reveal shows on the giveaway page and is a moment of excitement in the room all by itself.
What does an entry cost members?
A fixed 250 Coins on every giveaway — the same everywhere, not something you set. For scale: one check-in earns +25 Coins, so an entry is built up over about ten visits — and the daily check-in at your own venue grants one extra free entry per day, no Coins needed.
Events
How do I create an event?
Panel → Events. Events are a business privilege — members see them in the Events section with the location on a map and directions, and join with one tap.
Can I control who attends?
Yes — depending on the event's setting, you approve or decline join requests and see the attendee list.
Job listings & hiring
How do I publish a listing?
Panel → Job listings. Set the role, employment type, pay and whether you offer staff accommodation. The listing appears in the video-style feed of the Jobs section.
Why is my listing anonymous?
Listings reveal the business only to people who apply — so you avoid tire-kickers and only hear from genuinely interested candidates. Once someone applies, they see your name and profile.
What do I see about each candidate?
Their profile, their Video CV (short video answers per question, tailored to the role) and their PDF resume if they've uploaded one. You get a feel for the person before the phone call.
What is the “staff house” gallery?
If your listing offers accommodation, you can upload photos of the staff house. Candidates who have recorded a Video CV can view them — a strong incentive for serious applications.
Profile, gallery & analytics
How do I update my business details?
Panel → Business details lets you change the name, contact info, location and cover. The Gallery is where you upload photos of your venue that appear on your public profile.
What do Insights show?
The INSIGHTS tab gathers your business's stats — how your activity on the platform performs, so you can see what works.
Business FAQ
How do I change the language?
Profile → Settings, using the language switch (ΕΛ/EN) on the first row.
I forgot my password — what now?
On the sign-in page tap “Forgot password?” and you'll receive a reset email. You can also add a Passkey (Face ID / fingerprint) from Profile → Security for passwordless sign-in.
Who sees my business profile?
All members — and visitors to recruvo.gr — see your public profile with your active offers, events and gallery, once the business is approved.
