Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the recruvo.gr website and the Recruvo mobile app (iOS/Android). It explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are. Last updated: July 13, 2026.

Email, name and a unique user id when you create an account — with email and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple.

Whatever you fill in on your profile: role, experience, skills, languages, social links and your workplace.

Your profile picture, work photos, your Video CV (recorded per interview question) and a PDF resume, if you upload one.

When a partner venue scans your SezonPass QR, we record which venue and when. We never collect device GPS location — neither the mobile app nor the website has a location-tracking feature; a check-in always means the business scanning your pass, never your device reporting its position.

Who you follow, your likes, any reports you make or receive, and who you've blocked.

If you grant notification permission in the mobile app, we store a device token so we can send you notifications. We never store a token without your permission.

When you invite someone with your personal referral link, we record the referral relationship so coins are credited to both of you.

To create your digital pass (QR) and record check-ins, loyalty stamps and giveaway entries.

To show you relevant job listings, offers and events, and to make your profile and Video CV available to businesses when you apply to a listing.

To email you when a business views your application, when you request a password reset, or to send push notifications if you've enabled them.

To review content reports, apply the blocks you request, and protect the community from abuse.

We use the following providers as processors on our behalf: Supabase (database & authentication), Cloudflare R2 (photo/file storage), Mux (video hosting and streaming), Resend (email), Expo (push notification delivery to the mobile app), and Apple / Google when you choose to sign in through them.

On recruvo.gr we use Google Analytics 4, but only if you've given explicit consent from Profile → Privacy — the default is off for everyone, with no advertising signals ever sent. The mobile app has no analytics SDK at all.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

From Profile → Settings → Delete account, in the app (same step on the website and on mobile). Deletion is immediate: it removes your account, pass, coins and content. It cannot be undone.

If you have a business account, contact support first — business-account deletion is handled manually so members connected to your business aren't affected.

You can view and edit most of your profile data directly in the app. For anything else — a full copy of your data, correction, portability, or objecting to processing — contact us.

From Profile → Privacy on the website you control your consent for anonymous usage analytics. Push notifications aren't controlled there: they're a device-level permission you grant or revoke for the mobile app, from the app's Settings → Notifications row (or your device's own notification settings). Changing either doesn't affect your ability to use the service.

Recruvo is aimed at adults looking for seasonal work. It isn't intended for users under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we make a material change to this policy, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
