Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the recruvo.gr website and the Recruvo mobile app (iOS/Android). It explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are. Last updated: September 17, 2026.

Email, name and a unique user id when you create an account — with email and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple.

Whatever you fill in on your profile: role, experience, skills, languages, social links and your workplace.

Your profile picture, work photos, your Video CV (recorded per interview question) and a PDF resume, if you upload one.

When a partner venue scans your SezonPass QR for a stamp or an offer, we record which venue and when. We never collect device GPS location — neither the mobile app nor the website has a location-tracking feature; a scan always means the business scanning your pass, never your device reporting its position.

Who you follow, your likes, any reports you make or receive, and who you've blocked.

If you grant notification permission in the mobile app, we store a device token so we can send you notifications. We never store a token without your permission.

When you invite someone with your personal referral link, we record the referral relationship so coins are credited to both of you.

The content of messages you exchange inside the platform, along with when they were sent and which conversation they belong to. If you attach a photo to a message, the file is stored like any other photo of yours. Who can read them is explained below, under «Messages & safety».

To create your digital pass (QR) and record loyalty stamps, offer redemptions and giveaway entries.

To show you relevant job listings, offers and events, and to make your profile and Video CV available to businesses when you apply to a listing.

To email you when a business views your application, when you request a password reset, or to send push notifications if you've enabled them.

To review content reports, apply the blocks you request, and protect the community from abuse.

The other party in the conversation — and the Recruvo team: conversations may be reviewed by us for safety, meaning to detect fraud, harassment and abuse of the platform. The notice at the top of every conversation in the app says the same thing. We never publish the content of your messages and we never use it for advertising.

You can report any message, the same way you report a profile or a post. If a message breaks the Terms of Service we remove its content: it is shown marked as removed to both people rather than disappearing silently, and we retain the original text privately so the decision can be re-examined if it is disputed.

With the same storage provider as the rest of your photos, Cloudflare R2. How long they are kept and how they are deleted is the same as for any other file you upload — see the account-deletion section below.

We use the following providers as processors on our behalf: Supabase (database & authentication), Cloudflare R2 (photo/file storage), Mux (video hosting and streaming), Resend (email), Expo (push notification delivery to the mobile app), Sentry (error and performance monitoring in the mobile app), Anthropic (the AI model behind the CV builder), Google Maps (map display), and Apple / Google when you choose to sign in through them.

If you use the AI CV builder, what you write there — your career history and your answers to its interview questions — is sent to Anthropic, the language-model provider, so your CV can be drafted. If you don't use the feature, nothing is sent.

Maps are loaded from Google Maps directly by your device. When a map is shown, Google receives the request to load it, under its own privacy policy. We don't send Google your location — we don't collect it in the first place.

On recruvo.gr we use Google Analytics 4 and in the mobile app Google Analytics for Firebase — both only after you explicitly accept, from the «Anonymous usage stats» card on the home screen or from Profile → Privacy (website) and Settings → Privacy (app). The default is off for everyone: nothing is collected before you answer. We never use an advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) or any advertising signal. We count which screens and features get used (for example viewing a listing, applying, entering a giveaway), tied to your account's identifier so the app and the website count as one user — never to your email or name.

The mobile app includes Sentry for error and performance monitoring. When something goes wrong, Sentry receives technical details of the failure — device type, app and OS version, and where in the code it happened — plus a sample of speed measurements from a portion of sessions. We use it only to fix bugs and improve stability, never for advertising.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

From Profile → Settings → Delete account, in the app (same step on the website and on mobile). Deletion is immediate: it removes your account, pass, coins and content. It cannot be undone.

If you have a business account, contact support first — business-account deletion is handled manually so members connected to your business aren't affected.

You can view and edit most of your profile data directly in the app. For anything else — a full copy of your data, correction, portability, or objecting to processing — contact us.

You give or withdraw your consent for anonymous usage analytics at any time: from Profile → Privacy on the website and from Settings → Privacy in the mobile app. Push notifications aren't controlled there: they're a device-level permission you grant or revoke for the mobile app, from the app's Settings → Notifications row (or your device's own notification settings). Changing either doesn't affect your ability to use the service.

Recruvo is aimed at adults looking for seasonal work. It isn't intended for users under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we make a material change to this policy, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
